LAST MONTH We got to "know thyself" on a deep level, connecting core values to goals!

THIS MONTH We're taking the next step - "love thyself" - a fresh approach to a self-love foundation for the health and wellness journey.

GET READY for a STRONG month of functional training - we have 10 BRAND NEW classes including 6 different primal strength sessions, a custom HITT class, and 3 tailored mobility workouts to get your body to the next level!

CONTINUE your Carnivore or PHD journey with support, encouragement, and accountability!

CHALLENGE INCLUDES:

• 4 LIVE Masterclasses on the month's topic (60-90 min ea)
  • 1 per week (This month will be Saturdays at 6pm CST)
