Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide high-quality products, but we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange an item. Please read our refund policy carefully.

For print-on-demand physical merchandise:

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund upon confirmation.

  • Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send you the correct item or issue a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Due to the nature of print-on-demand services, we cannot accept returns for items that were made to your specifications (e.g., custom designs, personalized products) or for items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Requesting a Refund

  • To request a refund or replacement, please contact our customer service at neahsway@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Please put MERCH REFUND in the subject line. Include clear photos if applicable.

4. Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Unfortunately, we cannot refund the shipping costs for returned items unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect product. In such cases, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.

6. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, please place a new order for the desired item.

7. Changes to This Policy

  • We may update this refund policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and we encourage you to review our policy periodically.

 

For digital products and services including coaching, monthly challenges, memberships and downloads:

1. Due to the digital nature of these products, I do not offer refunds after purchase. Please read all descriptions carefully and email me with any questions before purchasing.
