Do I have to be Carnivore to join the challenges?

No!

I subscribe to Dr. Berry's Proper Human Diet philosophy, and will be discussing nutrition and lifestyle topics through that lens. You do not have to be strict carnivore to participate or reap the benefits of these challenges, but know there will probably be many carnivores here -- which is great if you want the support that offers!

What do the monthly challenges include?

Each monthly challenge has it's own theme that builds on the previous months' work and includes:

  • A members-only community specific to that month's challenge. (In-course, not on social media.)
  • 4 live masterclasses (1 each week) on the month's topic (lifetime replay access).
  • PDF workbook for each week (with class outline, writing prompts, activities and "homework" for the week).
  • 4 exclusive & themed functional training classes with full schedule for the month (includes HIIT, Strength and Mobility)
  • PDF schedule with training classes and masterclasses
  • Nutrition and lifestyle is discussed from a Carnivore / PHD perspective

How long can I access "X" month's course?

You have lifetime access to each challenge you purchase.

The best way to go through them is to join before the month begins (or right at the beginning) so you can move through the content in real time with the group, but don't worry if it's mid month or beyond: you can still join and "catch up" or take it at your own pace. Its up to you!

Can I purchase a previous month's challenge?

Yes! All monthly challenges will be available as programs that can be purchased after their month is over. The live classes will be viewable as replays, and you'll get lifetime access to all the other content and associated community.

What is your refund policy?

For print-on-demand physical merchandise:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund upon confirmation.
  • Wrong Item Sent: If we send you the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send you the correct item or issue a refund.
  • Due to the nature of print-on-demand services, we cannot accept returns for items that were made to your specifications (e.g., custom designs, personalized products) or for items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For digital products, challenges, programs, and coaching:

How long does shipping take?

Print-on-demand merchandise orders take up to 7 days to process, and you will receive tracking information once your order ships.
